Before

Inbound guest messaging was outpacing front-desk capacity, especially around check-in peaks. Late-night messages were slipping through.

What we built

AI triage agent that classifies each incoming message (urgent / FAQ / sales / spam), drafts a brand-voice reply for one-tap human approval, and learns from corrections.

After

Team now handles ~3× the inbound volume at the same headcount. Replies go out faster. Almost nothing slips after hours.
